Did the whole body today. Switched off and on between lower body and upper body. The following is not actually in order -
- 3 x 10 @ 115 lbs on bench
- 3 x 10 dumbell curl 25 lbs
- 3 x 10 dumbell shoulder press 25 lbs
- 15 pull ups
- 3 x 25 @ 125 lbs crunch machine
- 3 x 25 @ 125 lbs back machine
- 3 x 10 @ 45 lbs calf lift
- 3 x 15 10 lb medicine ball side-to-side
- 3 x 15 10 lb medicine ball crunch/situp/thing
- 3 x 15 each arm upper pec @ 20 lbs
- 3 x 15 tricep pulldown @ 65 lbs
- 3 x 15 standing hip flexor @ 40 lbs, each leg
- 3 x 15 standing hip abductor @ 40 lbs, each leg
- 3 x 15 standing hip adductor @ 40 lbs, each leg
- 3 x 10 Squats @ 185lbs
- 10 minutes of jump rope - holy high heartrate batman
- Rode my bike down there and back … in the wind! about 2 miles total
1.5 hours, 1519 calories burned, average heartrate 147 bpm
