Morning Shake - old fruit edition

  • 24g whey protein
  • 1T of psyllium husk powder
  • One half old banana
  • Handful of organic blueberries
  • One half old pear
  • 2 slices of frozen peach
  • 3 oz Apple Juice
  • 3 oz Water

I was literally shaking after my workout, so this put me back on the right track.  Now time for some coffee.
