Workout Diaries 10/25

Coming off of a 2 week break due to travel and sickness (I did work out in the dinky hotel gym, but hardly anything writing here about.)

Today was upper body:

  • 3 x 10 @ 95 lbs on bench - really working on form and pace
  • 3 x 10 @ 85 lbs on shoulder press
  • 15 pull ups (ugh so weak)
  • 3 x 20 @ 125 lbs crunch machine
  • 3 x 20 @ 125 lbs back machine
  • 1 x 10 @ 25 lbs oblique crunches
  • 3 x 10 @ 65 lbs tricep pulldown
  • 10 bent over back extensions
  • 3 x 30 seconds planks
  • 10 minutes @ 7mph - almost a mile
Tomorrow is legs.
